Teona Washington is the Founder and CEO of the Black Speakers Bureau, a platform dedicated to amplifying Black voices and connecting dynamic speakers with corporate audiences worldwide. With a deep commitment to equity, representation, and excellence, Teona leads the bureau with vision and intention, creating meaningful opportunities for thought leaders to educate, inspire, and lead in spaces where they’ve historically been underrepresented.

Keyla Marte is the Chief Operating Officer at The Black Speakers Bureau, where she oversees daily operations, member experience, and internal systems that keep the organization running with excellence. With a strong background in leadership and logistics, Keyla ensures that our speakers are supported, our processes are seamless, and our mission is executed at the highest level.

Tephanie serves as the Chief Communications Officer at The Black Speakers Bureau, where she leads all brand messaging, public relations, and communications strategy. With a keen eye for storytelling and a passion for amplifying authentic voices, she ensures that every message aligns with the Bureau’s mission to elevate and empower Black thought leaders.
